The Bread That Blew Up My Mailbox

I love when y'all repin my pins, especially when they're pins I found myself.  There's no task I will not ignore for a good internet search.  Repins say to me, "Melissa, it's okay there are dishes in your sink and chocolate all over your child's face. That was a kick-ass pin."


I used to get an email from Pinterest every time another pinner pinned my a pin, liked a pin, or commented on a pin.  Pinterest will also email you when someone follows your boards.  Emails = validation.

One day, the emails got out of control.  Like, these repins said to me, "Melissa, we not only forgive you for the dishes and the chocolate-covered child, we now also forgive yesterday's mascara still smeared under your eyes. That pin was epic."

This is the pin that forever altered my Pinterest notification settings.  Bread.  BREAD!  This is the bread that blew up my AOL mailbox.


I've been following a low-carb diet for over a year now, so I'm always on the look out for low-carb or gluten-free recipes.  I refuse to copy or repin any gluten-free recipe with more than one unknown ingredient on the list.  There are weird ingredients that go into gluten-free foods... stuff I'm not willing to search for in a store.  I prefer my low-carb recipes to be simple.

I was excited when I stumbled upon this Protein Bread.  It looks simple and I miss bread.

I have this recipe pinned on several of my boards, including Healthy Eats and HCG Diet.

Have I tried it yet?  No, I'm still cleaning up the mess from the explosion.  And, now, instead of immediate emails, I get a daily summary email to read.  It's long, y'all.  Thanks for repinning my pins and following my boards.  Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a chicken coop to plan.
